Couch to 5k
Couch to 5k is a 9-week programme that is designed to have you up and running 3 miles (or 5k) in just over 2 months.
Couch to 5k eases you into running by alternating between intervals of running and walking slowly building your stamina up.
It is advised that you try to attend at least 3 of the 5 sessions each week.
Monday & Wednesday - Shuttleworth Community College, 6pm
Tuesday - Barden Athletics Track, 6:30pm
Thursday - Thompson Park, 6:30pm
Saturday - Towneley Park, 10am
